Every dog deserves a little adventure…
Whether you are working from home or headed back into the office, your dog needs a healthy outlet for their energy! By signing up for our adventure walks, your dog’s human hiking buddies will help them build confidence in a fun and safe way, using Oak Ridge’s beautiful greenways and trails to provide exploration and socialization. Each walker is trained in trail and car safety, dog body language, and are pet First Aid and CPR Certified. We will transport your dog—and some friends—to an appropriate walking trail for their adventure!
You will be sent pictures, videos, notes, potty notifications, and a GPS map of the walk through our app.
The Houndry will always put the safety of its furry clients first, and therefore reserves the right to decline social walks if deemed necessary. You can also request a solo walk if that is your preference.

We will always keep you informed about any behavior or health issues we may notice with your pup. Your privacy and property will be respected at all times. We will make every effort to keep your dog away from unsafe environments and stressful situations. We believe that the best way to work with dogs and build relationships with them is through positive reinforcement methods, which are the only techniques we use in our business. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind by ensuring all dogs receive exceptional and individualized care.
There may be an additional charge of $5-10 per trip for travel from outside the Oak Ridge limits depending on our availability.
